4A Meaning of ADG Code (1) The ADG Code is the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and Rail approved by the Ministerial Council, as in force from time to time.
Regulations 2011 10 (2) Despite subregulation (1), if the Code specified in subregulation (1) is remade, ADG Code is that remade edition and any reference in these Regulations to a provision of that Code extends to the corresponding provision (if any) of the remade Code.
