253 Corresponding licences (1) This regulation applies to a licence (however described) that: (c) is a licence of a kind that may be granted under a provision of the corresponding law of that State or Territory (the interstate provision) that corresponds to regulation 162 or 173. licence has effect in the Territory as if it were a licence granted by the corresponding authority for that State or Territory under the interstate provision.
