247 Definitions commencement means the commencement of these Regulations. repealed NT law means: (a) the Dangerous Goods (Road and Rail Transport) Act 2003 as in force before the commencement; or (b) any other TDG law of the Territory in force before the commencement. TDG law means a law regulating the transport of dangerous goods by road or rail.
