225 Corresponding exemptions (1) This regulation applies to an exemption granted by the (a) the exemption is an exemption from a provision of a corresponding law that corresponds to a provision (the relevant NT provision) of these Regulations; and (b) the exemption has effect in the other jurisdiction; and (c) the CAP: (i) has decided that the exemption should have effect in all participating jurisdictions or participating jurisdictions including the Territory; and
