220 When cancellation or variation take effect The cancellation or variation of an administrative determination or approval by the Competent Authority takes effect on: (a) the day when the holder is given written notice by the Competent Authority of the cancellation or variation and of the reasons for it; or (b) a later day specified in the notice.
