204 Effect of CAP decision about applications (a) an application for an exemption or an exemption granted by the Competent Authority is referred to the CAP under regulation 203(1); and (b) the CAP decides: (i) the exemption should be granted, what the terms of the exemption should be, and that the exemption should have effect in all participating jurisdictions or (ii) the exemption should not be granted or should not have effect in the Territory.
