200 Determination contrary to regulations If a provision of these Regulations imposes an obligation on a person, and the person is authorised or permitted to act contrary to that obligation by a determination made under this Part, the provision has effect as if it stated that the person could fulfil the obligation by acting in accordance with the determination.
