198 Determinations may be subject to conditions (1) The Competent Authority may make a determination subject to any condition necessary for the safe transport of dangerous (a) a determination applies to the person; and (b) the person contravenes a condition of the determination. subregulation (2) if the defendant proves that the defendant did not know, and could not reasonably have been expected to know, that the determination applied to the defendant.
