197 Determination must be complied with (a) a determination prohibits or regulates the doing of a thing; and (b) the determination applies to the person; and (c) the person does the thing contrary to the determination. subregulation (1) if the defendant proves that the defendant did not know, and could not reasonably have been expected to know, that the determination applied to the defendant.
