194 Effect of loss of driver licence (1) A person's dangerous goods driver licence is taken to be suspended if the person's driver licence has no effect. (2) A person's dangerous goods vehicle licence for a road vehicle is taken to be suspended in relation to the road vehicle if the road vehicle is not registered.
