184 Registers of licences (1) The licensing authority must keep a register of dangerous goods driver licences. (2) The licensing authority must keep a register of dangerous goods vehicle licences. (3) A register may have separate divisions for different kinds of licences.
Regulations 2011 136 (4) The licensing authority must record the grant of each licence in the appropriate register. (5) The licensing authority must note in the register the renewal, cancellation, surrender, suspension or variation of a licence.
