174 Application for renewal of dangerous goods vehicle licence (1) A person who holds a dangerous goods vehicle licence for a road vehicle may apply to the licensing authority for the renewal of the licence.
Regulations 2011 131 (2) The application must: (a) include the information required under regulation 171(2) for an application for the grant of a dangerous goods vehicle licence for the road vehicle; and (b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
