129 Driver's duties (b) the vehicle is not equipped with: (b) the equipment for the vehicle mentioned in subregulation (1)(b): (i) is not stowed in compliance with Part 12 of the ADG Code; or (ii) has not been inspected or tested in compliance with the that Part; or
