111 Prime contractor's and rail operator's duties
Regulations 2011 86 (b) the person transports dangerous goods in a tank vehicle; and (c) the goods are ratio goods; and (d) the quantity of goods in the tank exceeds the maximum permitted filling ratio set out in Section 10.3.2 of the ADG (b) the person transports dangerous goods in a tank vehicle; and (c) the goods are not ratio goods; and (d) the ullage in the tank does not comply with Section 10.3.1
