101 Approval of Type II segregation devices (1) The Competent Authority may, on application, approve a design for a Type II segregation device if satisfied the design complies with Chapter 6.11 of the ADG Code. (2) An application must include any information required under Chapter 6.11 of the ADG Code. Type II segregation device means a device of the kind described in Section 6.11.4 of the ADG Code.
