sec.97 Application for payment arrangement

The holder of a boat harbour approval may apply, in the approved form, to the chief executive to approve an arrangement (a payment arrangement ) to pay a fee mentioned in schedule 3 , part 1 in relation to the approval on the grounds of financial hardship.
