sec.93 Compliance with conditions of boat harbour approval
The holder of a boat harbour approval must comply with the conditions of the approval applying to the holder unless the holder has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty— for failure to comply with a fish receival service approval—20 penalty units; or for failure to comply with a fuelling service approval—40 penalty units; or for failure to comply with a mooring approval or transport service approval—30 penalty units.
- (a) for failure to comply with a fish receival service approval—20 penalty units; or
- (b) for failure to comply with a fuelling service approval—40 penalty units; or
- (c) for failure to comply with a mooring approval or transport service approval—30 penalty units.
