sec.85 Anchoring ship in State managed boat harbour
A person must not anchor a ship in a State managed boat harbour. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. In this section— State managed boat harbour does not include land in a boat harbour over which a person, other than the chief executive, has a tenure.
