sec.51 Disposal of abandoned property of insufficient value
The chief executive may dispose of abandoned property that is of insufficient value in the way the chief executive considers appropriate. Compensation may not be recovered against the State in relation to the disposal of the abandoned property. (sec.51-ssec.1) The chief executive may dispose of abandoned property that is of insufficient value in the way the chief executive considers appropriate.
