sec.46 Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies to abandoned property other than— abandoned property that is of insufficient value; and abandoned property that is perishable if it would be impracticable for the chief executive to keep the abandoned property having regard to its nature or condition.
- (a) abandoned property that is of insufficient value; and
- (b) abandoned property that is perishable if it would be impracticable for the chief executive to keep the abandoned property having regard to its nature or condition.
