sec.42 Surrender
The holder of a boat harbour approval may, by written notice given to the chief executive, surrender the approval. The surrender takes effect on the later of the following days— the day written notice of the surrender is given to the chief executive; if a later day is stated in the written notice—the later day. (sec.42-ssec.1) The holder of a boat harbour approval may, by written notice given to the chief executive, surrender the approval.
