sec.40 Ending show cause process without further action
If, after considering any representations made to the chief executive within the show cause period, the chief executive no longer considers a ground exists to take the proposed action, the chief executive must— take no further action about the show cause notice; and give the holder of the boat harbour approval written notice that no further action is to be taken about the show cause notice.
