sec.36 Definitions for division
In this division— proposed action see section 38 (1) . show cause notice see section 38 (1) . show cause period , in relation to a show cause notice, means— the period stated in the show cause notice for making representations; or if the period for making representations is extended under section 38 (4) —the period as extended.
- (a) the period stated in the show cause notice for making representations; or
- (b) if the period for making representations is extended under section 38 (4) —the period as extended.
