sec.30 Term of approval
A boat harbour approval— is granted for the term stated in the approval; and remains in effect for the term of the approval. For the cancellation of a boat harbour approval, see section 41 . For the surrender of a boat harbour approval, see section 42 .
- (a) is granted for the term stated in the approval; and
- (b) remains in effect for the term of the approval.
