sec.21 Application of part
This part applies in relation to a State managed boat harbour other than to the extent the boat harbour includes land over which a person, other than the chief executive, has a tenure. The provisions of this part are in addition to the provisions of part 3 for a boat ramp or landing that is a public marine facility in a State managed boat harbour. (sec.21-ssec.1) This part applies in relation to a State managed boat harbour other than to the extent the boat harbour includes land over which a person, other than the chief executive, has a tenure. (sec.21-ssec.2) The provisions of this part are in addition to the provisions of part 3 for a boat ramp or landing that is a public marine facility in a State managed boat harbour.
