sec.17 Anchoring, mooring or placing ships near boat ramps or landings
A person must not anchor, moor or place a ship in water near a boat ramp or landing if the ship is likely to obstruct another person’s use of the boat ramp or landing. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
