sec.113 Existing applications for arrangements for paying fees
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person made a request to the chief executive to enter into an arrangement for the payment of a fee under the expired regulation, section 81; and immediately before the commencement, the request had not been decided. The expired regulation continues to apply in relation to the application as if the expired regulation had not expired. If the chief executive enters into the arrangement under the expired regulation, the arrangement is taken to be a payment arrangement approved by the chief executive under section 99 in relation to the fee. (sec.113-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person made a request to the chief executive to enter into an arrangement for the payment of a fee under the expired regulation, section 81; and immediately before the commencement, the request had not been decided. (sec.113-ssec.2) The expired regulation continues to apply in relation to the application as if the expired regulation had not expired. (sec.113-ssec.3) If the chief executive enters into the arrangement under the expired regulation, the arrangement is taken to be a payment arrangement approved by the chief executive under section 99 in relation to the fee.
