sec.112 Existing arrangements for paying fees
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person entered into an arrangement for the payment of a fee under the expired regulation, section 81 ; and immediately before the commencement, the arrangement was in force. The arrangement is taken to be a payment arrangement approved by the chief executive under section 99 in relation to the fee. (sec.112-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person entered into an arrangement for the payment of a fee under the expired regulation, section 81 ; and immediately before the commencement, the arrangement was in force. (sec.112-ssec.2) The arrangement is taken to be a payment arrangement approved by the chief executive under section 99 in relation to the fee.
