sec.111 Payment of particular fees
This section applies if— before the commencement, the due date under the expired regulation for a fee payable under the expired regulation, section 77(2) or 79 was 30 June 2023; and immediately before the commencement, the fee had not been paid to the chief executive. The fee must be paid to the chief executive on or before 30 September 2023. (sec.111-ssec.2) The fee must be paid to the chief executive on or before 30 September 2023.
- (a) before the commencement, the due date under the expired regulation for a fee payable under the expired regulation, section 77(2) or 79 was 30 June 2023; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the fee had not been paid to the chief executive.
