sec.110 Existing directions
This section applies if— before the commencement, an authorised officer gave a person a direction under— the expired regulation, section 11; or the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 2; and immediately before the commencement— the person had not complied with the direction; and the period for complying with the direction had not ended. The direction— is taken to have been given by an authorised officer— for a direction given under the expired regulation, section 11—under section 12; or for a direction given under the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 2—under section 23; and must be complied with before the period mentioned in subsection (1)(b)(ii) ends. (sec.110-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, an authorised officer gave a person a direction under— the expired regulation, section 11; or the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 2; and immediately before the commencement— the person had not complied with the direction; and the period for complying with the direction had not ended. (sec.110-ssec.2) The direction— is taken to have been given by an authorised officer— for a direction given under the expired regulation, section 11—under section 12; or for a direction given under the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 2—under section 23; and must be complied with before the period mentioned in subsection (1)(b)(ii) ends.
- (a) before the commencement, an authorised officer gave a person a direction under— (i) the expired regulation, section 11; or (ii) the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 2; and
- (i) the expired regulation, section 11; or
- (ii) the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 2; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement— (i) the person had not complied with the direction; and (ii) the period for complying with the direction had not ended.
