sec.108 Existing regulatory notices given to a person
This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive gave a person a regulatory notice under— the expired regulation, section 10; or the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 1; and immediately before the commencement— the person had not complied with the regulatory notice; and the period for complying with the regulatory notice had not ended. The regulatory notice— is taken to have been given by the chief executive— for a regulatory notice given under the expired regulation, section 10—under section 11; or for a regulatory notice given under the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 1—under section 22; and must be complied with before the period mentioned in subsection (1)(b)(ii) ends. (sec.108-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive gave a person a regulatory notice under— the expired regulation, section 10; or the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 1; and immediately before the commencement— the person had not complied with the regulatory notice; and the period for complying with the regulatory notice had not ended. (sec.108-ssec.2) The regulatory notice— is taken to have been given by the chief executive— for a regulatory notice given under the expired regulation, section 10—under section 11; or for a regulatory notice given under the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 1—under section 22; and must be complied with before the period mentioned in subsection (1)(b)(ii) ends.
- (a) before the commencement, the chief executive gave a person a regulatory notice under— (i) the expired regulation, section 10; or (ii) the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 1; and
- (i) the expired regulation, section 10; or
- (ii) the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 1; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement— (i) the person had not complied with the regulatory notice; and (ii) the period for complying with the regulatory notice had not ended.
- (i) the person had not complied with the regulatory notice; and
- (ii) the period for complying with the regulatory notice had not ended.
- (i) the expired regulation, section 10; or
- (ii) the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 1; and
- (i) the person had not complied with the regulatory notice; and
- (ii) the period for complying with the regulatory notice had not ended.
- (a) is taken to have been given by the chief executive— (i) for a regulatory notice given under the expired regulation, section 10—under section 11; or (ii) for a regulatory notice given under the expired regulation, part 3, division 2, subdivision 1—under section 22; and
