sec.107 Authorised officers
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as an authorised officer under the expired regulation, section 51. The person continues to be an authorised officer under this regulation on the same conditions that applied to the person immediately before the commencement. The identity card held by the person under the expired regulation, section 55 is taken to be an identity card issued under section 58. (sec.107-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as an authorised officer under the expired regulation, section 51. (sec.107-ssec.2) The person continues to be an authorised officer under this regulation on the same conditions that applied to the person immediately before the commencement. (sec.107-ssec.3) The identity card held by the person under the expired regulation, section 55 is taken to be an identity card issued under section 58.
