sec.101 Continuing appointments
This section applies if— immediately before the commencement— a person was mentioned in the expired regulation, schedule 1 as the manager of a public marine facility for section 459 (1) of the Act ; and the person’s consent to the appointment was in effect; and on the commencement, the person is mentioned in schedule 1 of this regulation as the manager of the same public marine facility. From the commencement, the person’s appointment as the manager of the public marine facility for section 459 (1) of the Act , and the person’s consent to the appointment, continue under this regulation. (sec.101-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement— a person was mentioned in the expired regulation, schedule 1 as the manager of a public marine facility for section 459 (1) of the Act ; and the person’s consent to the appointment was in effect; and on the commencement, the person is mentioned in schedule 1 of this regulation as the manager of the same public marine facility. (sec.101-ssec.2) From the commencement, the person’s appointment as the manager of the public marine facility for section 459 (1) of the Act , and the person’s consent to the appointment, continue under this regulation.
- (a) immediately before the commencement— (i) a person was mentioned in the expired regulation, schedule 1 as the manager of a public marine facility for section 459 (1) of the Act ; and (ii) the person’s consent to the appointment was in effect; and
- (i) a person was mentioned in the expired regulation, schedule 1 as the manager of a public marine facility for section 459 (1) of the Act ; and
- (ii) the person’s consent to the appointment was in effect; and
- (b) on the commencement, the person is mentioned in schedule 1 of this regulation as the manager of the same public marine facility.
- (i) a person was mentioned in the expired regulation, schedule 1 as the manager of a public marine facility for section 459 (1) of the Act ; and
- (ii) the person’s consent to the appointment was in effect; and
