sec.17 Continued application of transitional provisions under former regulation

Despite its expiry, the former regulation, section 15 continues to apply as if— a reference in the former regulation, section 15(2) to section 8 of that regulation were a reference to new section 8; and a reference in the former regulation, section 15(2) to section 8(2)(a) to (h) were a reference to new section 8(2)(a) to (h). Despite its expiry, the former regulation, section 16 continues to apply as if— a reference in the former regulation, section 16(2) to section 9 were a reference to new section 9; and a reference in the former regulation, section 16(2) to section 9(1)(a) to (e) were a reference to new section 9(1)(a) to (e). (sec.17-ssec.1) Despite its expiry, the former regulation, section 15 continues to apply as if— a reference in the former regulation, section 15(2) to section 8 of that regulation were a reference to new section 8; and a reference in the former regulation, section 15(2) to section 8(2)(a) to (h) were a reference to new section 8(2)(a) to (h).
