229 Pedestrians on a road with a road access sign A pedestrian must not be on a length of road to which a road access sign applies if information on or with the sign indicates that pedestrians are not permitted beyond the sign. 1 Length of road and with are defined in the dictionary. 2 For the way in which a road access sign applies, see rule 97.
