7 Specified offences for section 54(1AA) of Act

For section 54(1AA) of the Act, the following offences are specified:

(a) a parking offence;

(b) [Regulation 7 Amended by S.R. 2023, No. 32, Applied:23 Jun 2023] a red light offence, portable device offence, seatbelt offence, registration offence, or speeding offence, detected by means of a photographic detection device;

(c) [Regulation 7 Amended by S.R. 2021, No. 29, Applied:01 Jun 2021] an offence under section 27(1) of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 .
