78 Power to enter into funding agreement (1) The Minister on behalf of the State, may enter into an agreement with a traditional owner group entity for an area of public land as to the provision of funding to the entity for the purpose of giving effect to the recognition and settlement agreement of which the funding agreement is a part. S. 78(2) amended by No. 4/2013 s. 21. (2) An agreement under subsection (1) may provide for money to be paid to a charitable trust approved by the Minister.
