74 Information that is recorded on the register The registrar must ensure that the following details in relation to a land use activity agreement are recorded on the land use activity agreement register— (a) the area of land to which the agreement applies; (b) the date of initial registration of the agreement; (c) a copy of the initial registered agreement as at the initial registration; (d) the date of registration of any variation of the agreement; (e) a copy of any registered variation of the agreement.
