68 Employment of registrar of land use activity agreements (1) A registrar of land use activity agreements must be employed under Part 3 of the **Public Administration Act 2004** for the purposes of this Act. (2) The functions of the registrar are— (a) to maintain the land use activity agreement register; and (b) to carry out any other function conferred on the registrar by or under this or any other Act.
