66D Submissions on enforcement order If VCAT receives an objection to an application for an enforcement order within the prescribed period, VCAT must give the following persons a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to make written submissions in respect of the application— (a) the responsible person; (b) the decision maker; (c) the body responsible under the Act under which the agreement land is managed for the management of the agreement land; (d) a person whom— (i) VCAT considers may be adversely affected by the making of the enforcement order; and (ii) has been notified under section 66C(1) of the application for the enforcement order.
