58 Report to Minister where determination not made in specified time (1) If an application has been made to VCAT for a determination under Subdivision 2 and VCAT has not determined the matter within 6 months of the making of the application, the Minister may request that the President of VCAT report to the Minister on the matter. (2) A report of the President under subsection (1) must— (b) set out reasons why the determination has not been made and when the determination is likely to be made.
