10 Relationship with indigenous land use agreements A recognition and settlement agreement may form a settlement package alone or together with any of the following entered into in relation to the same traditional owner group— (a) an indigenous land use agreement— (i) for the purposes of the settlement of any application of a kind listed in the Table to section 61 of the Native Title Act or in which the traditional owner group agrees not to make an application of that kind; and (ii) that is capable of being registered under section 24BI, 24CK or 24CL of the Native Title Act; (b) a traditional owner land management agreement.
