#### 65 Fee for access to motor vehicle outside business hours 65 Fee for access to motor vehicle outside business hours > A licensee must not charge the owner of a motor vehicle a fee for providing access outside business hours to a motor vehicle stored at a holding yard unless the licensee has first notified the person of the fee to be charged. > > Note. > > Section 20(2)(d1) of the Act makes it a condition of a licence that the licensee must allow the owner of any motor vehicle stored at any holding yard used by the licensee in the course of the licensee’s business to have reasonable access to the motor vehicle, during business hours at no charge to the owner, to collect items from the motor vehicle.
