#### 62 Fee must not be charged for relocation of a motor vehicle 62 Fee must not be charged for relocation of a motor vehicle > A fee must not be charged for— > > > (a) placing a motor vehicle in an easily accessible location in the licensee’s holding yard or holding yards, or > > > (b) any other relocation of a motor vehicle in the licensee’s holding yard or holding yards, or > > > (c) the removal of a motor vehicle from a licensee’s holding yard or holding yards, or > > > (d) the use of the licensee’s own equipment to make a motor vehicle in the licensee’s holding yard or holding yards accessible.
