#### 50 Limitation on trucks that may charge for towing work involving heavy motor vehicles 50 Limitation on trucks that may charge for towing work involving heavy motor vehicles > A fee must not be charged for accident towing work involving a heavy motor vehicle, or towing work involving the recovery of a stolen heavy motor vehicle, unless— > > > (a) the relevant tow truck is an approved Class 3 conventional tow truck, approved Class 4 (A) conventional tow truck, approved Class 4 (B) conventional tow truck or approved Class 4 (C) conventional tow truck, and > > > (b) the relevant tow truck does not exceed its gross combination mass when towing the heavy motor vehicle.
