#### 5 Licence applications 5 Licence applications > > (1) For the purposes of section 105(2)(a) of the Act, the Secretary may require an applicant for a licence to provide further documents or information in support of the application. > > > > Note. > > > > Under section 17(2)(g) of the Act, an application for a licence must contain the particulars required by the approved application form. > > > (2) The Secretary may refuse to determine an application for a licence until the further documents or information in support of the application have been provided.
