#### 12 Drivers certificate applications 12 Drivers certificate applications > > (1) For the purposes of section 105(2)(a) of the Act, the Secretary may require an applicant for a drivers certificate to provide further documents or information in support of the application. > > > > Note. > > > > Under section 25(2)(b) of the Act, an application for a drivers certificate must contain the particulars required by the approved application form. > > > (2) The Secretary may refuse to determine an application for a drivers certificate until the further documents or information in support of the application have been provided.
