#### 11 Exemption from certain licence conditions for tow trucks registered interstate 11 Exemption from certain licence conditions for tow trucks registered interstate > > (1) This clause applies to a licensee who intends to operate, under the authority of the licence, tow trucks that are registered outside New South Wales. > > > (2) The licensee is exempt from the condition in section 20(2)(e) of the Act if the licensee ensures that each licensed tow truck displays a sign approved for the purposes of this clause— > > > > > (a) on the front and back of the tow truck in an approved manner, and > > > > > (b) so as to be clearly visible to persons outside the tow truck.
