91 Unlawful use of totalisator (a) establish a totalisator in the Territory; (b) operate a totalisator in the Territory; or (c) conduct totalisator wagering in the Territory, unless authorised to do so by a licence. 500 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years and, in addition, 5 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues after the first day on which it is committed. 2 500 penalty units and, in addition, 25 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues after the first day on which it is committed.
