77 Resolution and arbitration proceedings not admissible Anything said, done or written for the purpose of the arbitration or determination of a dispute under this Division is not to be taken into account in any subsequent proceedings under this Act or the prosecution of any offence against this Act that relate or relates to the dispute the subject of the determination or arbitration.
